You: Create – Tattered Flower Pin

November 5, 2010

Here is my entry this week to the place where a bunch of us share what we’ve been doing in the category of things “creative”…

You can click on that button above to go see other creative pursuits.

It has been too long — Yikes, 6 weeks — since I’ve been creative! Despite my blog’s name! Just doing too much other stuff. (Which I recently learned has it’s own acronym: DTM.)

I’m glad that I tried out this easy project that I found at Sew4Home – Tattered Flower Pins.

Not the best photo… a bit blurry… photography is not where my creativity lies!

a pin I made, a "tattered flower"

What have you been creating?

  1. Looks beautiful. Is this made of fabric? Enjoyed seeing your projects. 🙂

    • Yes, it’s made from a strip that is 2″ wide by 45″ long. It is folded in half lengthwise and then just rolled up; sewn together as you roll. Very simple to make.

  2. I love how you said that is an “easy” project… if it involves sewing it’s too complicated for me! 🙂 Love it!
